Tell us a bit about you: I previously lived in New York for over a year, I have an identical twin brother and we were in the original cast for The Only Way is Essex. I have been a Best Man four times! 

What do you like about your role? I love building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times. I especially like my role as I founded the Non-Clinical Division part of Your World Healthcare, as well as Your World Professional. I have a fantastic team and enjoy every moment working with them whilst seeing their skills and experience grow. 

What do you keep on your desk and why? I have 1000 Vietnamese Dong that my colleague, Jordan, brought back from his travels. I always have protein bars to keep me energised and prepared for gym sessions. 

What’s your favourite motivational quote? Some people want it to happen, some people wish it would happen, others make it happen.

What top tip would you give to your candidates? There is a myth that candidates need to keep their CV to one page; I would suggest completing your CV in as much detail as possible. When applying for roles, tailor your CV to that role as you may end up having 3 to 4 different versions and, in the long run, you will see an increase in your success rate. Please ensure all computer systems you have used are added on your CV as our clients request candidates with experience using specific systems and this is the criteria we complete specialist searches with.
